ive been in the office for 14hours, 33minutes and counting.... why? i had 3 teams last night, supposedly the set up should be one team and then 2 additional teams both of which has its own lead who will report to me. but as fate would always have it, im always destined to have a baptism of fire, the other lead reporting to me resigned (due to very grave family reasons) before i even had the chance to meet up with her and then the other one will prove to be very challenging, because he was not here last night since he was suspended.
